been a busy weekend! the renovating job in the basement and attic is almost done!
we painted the attic this weekend, and all that is left to do is put in the new windows and add trim to the baseboards.


here is what the new paint color looks like. i love green :)


this is where tinymixtapes headquarters will be. lucky m&m!
i am jealous! why can't it be buttonpom headquarters :)

i will have to share more photos of when everything is all done.
but i was so excited about how it looked after the fresh paint
that i couldn't resist :)

wow, what a difference. it looks great! was the b/w tile already there like that? green is THE color. there are such great angles in that space. i heart old attics like that. i want an attic. oh, but i guess i need a house first! or an apartment w/ an attic. :)

awww, look at dang argyle, taking over this comment thread. :) sorry. i was just continuing my twin peaks marathon (that i officially started when i made that dang brown bag last week) and i am reminded that that show is so great. its so insane. for instance: the day leland wakes up and his hair has turned white. and he shows up at ben hornes office singing "mares eat oats and does eat oats...." and without a word jerry starts dancing around leland and ben jumps up on his desk and starts dancing too. and then leland says "i'm back and i'm ready." thats so insane! i love it!
