hello everyone!
hope you are all doing well.
i have been super busy because i graduate this summer!
this does not mean i have not had time to buy some fabrics though :)

vintage, vintage, vintage!
i know i am going to be all afraid to cut them up though.
i never like to use my vintage fabric.
what makes me happy though is my grandmother has invited me
over next week to go through all of her fabric!
she wants to get rid of most of it
& she knows i will take it off her hands.
excitement! :) she has two full trunks of feedsack...
hopefully i can get that!

oh! & i have a question:
for those of you that have participated in craft fairs,
do you make your own signs?
if so, how?
i was thinking of either handpainting it on vinyl
or screenprinting it on cotton broadcloth.
do you recommend one or the other?
or any other suggestions?
if you bought one, how much did you spend?
THANK YOU! :)

ooh that one with the buildings is so cute!
i love drawing buildings.

if you have a local print shop that does flyers, booklets, postcards, banners, etc
check if they make paper/poster banners...
i did that last year for renegade - it cost me $12 for 3 banners,
i clipped them on 2-3 sides, all lasted 2 days. :)

Oh those prints are adorable. I know what you mean about vintage prints and cutting them up. I have a hard time doing it too but the end result is usually something pretty!

i paid way too much for them...
but it was worth it!
both had a lot of fabric,
so it was no more than 3USD a yard.

i know! i probably won't use these for awhile..
unless i force myself :)

i know, me too!
i am probably going to make several totebags out of them,
because i think they would make good grocery bags...
not for myself, because i don't need anymore handbags!...
well i might have to keep one! :)
