Craftstravaganza - Buttonpom Booth

The frantic race to get everything done is over!
This is my booth during set up about 15 minutes before opening.
I wish I had more time to think about my display,
but I was too busy making things.
I was on 2 hours of sleep ... never do that again!
But I was used to that sort of thing in college...
because I began to procastinate later in my college career.
& I think that carried over into my sewing!

Sales went pretty good. I had steady sales with my small items. I sort of expected that to happen! I only sold 2 large handbags. Which really surprised me! They both went to really good homes though. But I agree with my father when he said that people don't want to carry around large bags during the summer. There will always be NO COAST in the winter!

Everything that didn't sell will be put up on my website throughout the week. Thanks to all my friends that came to the craft fair!

It was nice meeting Eireann (http://www.ohbara.com), Isara (http://www.polaire-online.com), and Megan (http://www.milkypop.com). You all had super cool stuff!

Glad your show was a success.
I would love to do a craft show someday but sadly here in wpg there is not much of that sort of thing happening. Toronto on the other hand seems to have a few, I should save funds and travel!

I think your right about the large bag theory. I seem to remember mostly selling large totes in the winter!

thats too bad!
i have a couple friends in canada that go to shows...
but they live in / near toronto.

my dad is one smart cookie!
i will have to remember that next time i do a summer fair.
but my next fair is in the winter...
so maybe i will make up for the lack of large bag sales there!

Your table looks really good. Everything is spread out but it's still full. Congratulations on your success!

thank you!
i didn't want to pack a lot of things on the table because than it was hard for more than one person to look at the same time. so i think next time when i do my other craft fair i will bring another table to spread out more product because i will be making more than this fair.
