Hello!
I realized in the midst of updating my website that I forgot to ask
what places I should visit while in Boston this weekend.
M & I are attending a wedding in Westborough
and I know some of you live around there.
We will be in Chinatown for sure - M's popo lives there!
But anywhere else... I am completely unfamiliar with.

Awesome! Thanks everyone :)

You should go to Davis Square in Somerville (on the Red Line) and go to these 3 places: Magpie for handcrafted goods, Anna's Taqueria for THE BEST quesadillas in the world (really just grill fried burritos, not flat boring quesadillas), and there's a bar on the same road that has a photo booth in it! Worth the trip, it's a nice area.

Then of course there's Harvard Square which is mostly just shopping but they have a great art museum at Harvard called The Fogg Museum-- just cross diagonally through Harvard Yard and cross the street (it's a 2 building museum on the side street).

When you're in Chinatown, there are a few really great and fairly cheap fabric stores (and one expensive one that's nice to look at).

Sunday brunch is great at S&S Restaurant in Inman Square if you have a car or if not then Zaftig's in Brookline is good for breakfast/brunch or any meal. Right down the street from Zaftig's is JP Licks BEST-ICE-CREAM-EVER! And that really means alot coming from me.

I wish I could have went to Somerville! We were only there for the weekend and only had Saturday to really go around and explore.

We went to Chinatown and it was DEAD! There was only one fabric shop left in Chinatown! Linna, my boyfriend's mother, said they used to have a really huge one but it has since closed! We even asked some of the residents of Chinatown! Even M's grandmother said Chinatown is actually getting a lot smaller.

Thanks for the other places to visit. The next time we go there, I will certainly check some of them out!

Really???? That sucks! I moved out of Boston only 4 or 5 years ago-- I can't believe how much it's changed! I might take a trip up there sooon and then I can give better advice :)
